Private Residential Customers

We provide two types of service depending on your needs and personal choice: Trustcare, and Standard Response.

By taking out a Trustcare Agreement with us you can count on receiving priority, giving you peace of mind that your gates will be working all year round.


  • Paid by monthly subscription – for which you receive one service visit per year and our preferential callout rate. We will conduct a comprehensive service and inspection and would also highlight any potential problems that may come to light during our visit.

  • On our first visit, we will create a data file covering all relevant aspects of the site to ensure effective and efficient servicing and response to call-outs and unscheduled repairs. We will document, manufacturer and model number, the type of remote transmitters, site location and any health and safety issues. We will report on the condition of anything that may require more immediate attention. At the same time we will conduct a comprehensive inspection and make any adjustments necessary and advise on any long-term issues that you may need to consider

  • Trustcare Membership ensures you receive priority in the event of a callout for repair. Callouts will be charged at our preferential rate

  • The information we obtain enables us to change key codes and provide replacement or additional remote transmitters.



Standard Response (for non-Trustcare Customers):

  • Servicing and repairs at our standard rates.
